People already have a hard enough time keeping up with crops. Adding weeds to make it worse wouldn't help. It seems more like a hard nerf rather than an edition to the game. The problem is why Mining and other skills got their nerf was to prevent bots and also provide some variety to those sections I suppose. Thing is, you can choose to mine and woodcut any time, farming however you can't always just choose times when raising quality. When the crop is ready, you got to replant then and there. Mining you can find a node and wait a few days when it is convenient to mine it. Tbh, I started off as a farmer and will never do it again mostly because it really is worse than mining. It an ore that never goes away and you can never mine enough of. Like weeds will make this even worse and tbh all together make me quit any attempts to having farming at all.

Tedium: A feature?

Idk. I wouldn't mind some more farming related events, but I also don't want to throw chores into people's gears too much.
