Well then maybe it more of an issue that Valhalla needs to be updated to allow such things and tbh I don’t think even gear will happen in hafen so this seems pretty realistic to me. Especially in pvp you have people with sometimes 100-500 q difference than you. And I would think with the people you practice with here would but trusty to eat but then again in real settings you don’t always have even. Maybe an option for this is also needed. I think in general of adding a boost or debuff can really get bugged abused. For instance there is a siege and you have a bunch of alts, especially near world start and you spar and party them so their stats are boosted then aggro into the enemy to defend or even attack. What stops this? I literally cannot think of a way around such a problem unless mechanics or extra fixes are put in place which ultimately could lead to more bugs. And all this for something similar that already actually exists but just simply could use some updates or patches put into it, aka Valhalla.

That's a great exaggeration.

Also you are talking about the differences in pvp but this idea is meant to reduce those differences as the arena environment can be controlled by the builder.
Haven needs more things to do and I have always loved going to events at CF. We got leather ball physics support before. This change would make community made events even better.

And what if it isn’t a siege? Especially since that system is getting reworked. Also Leather Ball didn’t have implications such as this or an already similar system like Valhalla that already works but just needs some updating.

No need to fear progress in fear that it might break something. Gotta break some eggs to make an omelette. Developers are known to make wild things happen such as curio melding or potters clay. Some things will be a success some things fail.
Problem with Valhalla is that its detached from the real game world. Fixing it would be neat but it wouldn't add as much to the game as a system like it in the real game world.

I kind of like the idea, and I think it will work if its an opt into kind of thing. So when you walk into an area like this you can accept or decline the limitation.
