Yeah, I probably screwed the whole thing up... Forgot the wiki article is still posted. :oops: It went (goes since legacy still running) from base of 1 day (~8 hrs) to 3 days (~24 hrs) full tradition over the 5 steps.

Looking back at personal beliefs, the life/death slider would actually be really cool in the current system. The option to increase your killing power at the risk of dying yourself could solve some problems with the system.

As long as many PvP players logs in only to get their character stronger and/or participate in fights, not actually playing, I highly doubt some of it.

Agree with the topic starter. I was having fun today since I didn't play this game for around 10 years and it was interesting to recall everything and see the new version. And you know what? I have just died FROM A HEDGEHOG. I couldn't even imagine that. It's a great pity for me. I'm literally demotivated to play again. No fun. If devs want their game to be played by more people they should change their permadeath system. For now, I'm out.
