Please make it so I can find a flat field and claim and palisade at least 20x20 of it without breaking one of the spider-web of roads everywhere. And then get griefed because I interrupted one of those roads without breaking some wooden post, but just because I claimed between 2 posts.

As a rule of thumb, everything that makes life easyer and less boring/grinding for players is a great idea. Everything that makes the game harder is crap coming from sadistic tendencies of Jorbtar helped by the few players with the same kind of disorders.

This is a concern, especially when you have no idea to tell if the trail is used or abandoned (other than it being potentially claimed) and then I remember that you didn't even actually destroy and signposts, but your claim somehow broke the trail, causing ire from trail owner.

Yeah, people used to bump face-first into your palisade while AFK-traveling at barely subsonic speeds if your palisade was between 2 posts. Then get eaten by local mobs while still AFK. And they blamed the palisade owner, not the 12876th road builder.

Unless they allow to attach paths to parts of exising roads... unlinkely.

The markers now blocking will - apart from forcing the one building the road to make sure that it can antually be followed, instead of just vomiting the markers into the world in whatever orientation - change nothing.
