I'll tell you what. You can give me your full time job, and I'll give you my small business and part time job.

You know what, I'm going to make another post on this already. Call the cops, I don't give a fuck.

This.
This shit right here rings so true for me, but with the slight difference that I don't quest much, however every time I'm out, exploring the map, doing random shit, the one thing plaguing my fucking mind is a little voice saying 'bro you could be questing right now lmao, all this time you've spent wandering around, all that wasted lp, why the FUCK aren't you questing right now?'. I can't even fuck around now without feeling like I'm missing out, and if you want to get technical then yes I am definitely missing out by not questing. It's not even up for debate, I've already got people showing me +14 unarmed gild stones, 20k+ lp quest rewards, hunger being reduced by huge amounts etc.
The benefits are enormous.

Just fuckin' limit how much you can do this shit

you cant kick them out of the village lol who the fuck is going to defend your shit when there is 10 dudes knockin on your door. yep they leech, but its better they quest endlessly and are worth protecting your investment then going somewhere else. Its a vicious circle, but not much you can do about it. its how the game is set now, either you have fighters and the such non stop grinding, or someone with more comes along and will dismantle all your shit.

I agree, the questing needs to be knocked down some notches. You intentionally did this with food to slow it, and create varying diets. lets try and curb the insatiable need to quest for 20 hours a day every day. Give people other things they need to do. There is nobody thats going to defend it and say its fun to quest grind. they would much rather be mucking about doing other tasks. Its not necessarily about making it fair, yes, i guess that could be a part of it, or perhaps a side effect. Think about how much more players it opens up pvp to, and think about how a player could better spend his time. Id say its more about the fun of playing the game, let players play the game, not grind non stop. Grinding is a part of the game, but shouldnt necessarily be the beaming core of the game like questing is currently.

Wtb quest to tan 10 leather, only counts if you put it in as hide and take the same piece out as leather

100% agree

Questing is broken.

You nerf stat gain and salt, this was to lower the rate of gains.

People can do quests and eat more anyway.

LP gains of quests are getting silly. Better than making curious.

This is just bad so much content is literally pointless due to quests and then we look at the enjoyment factor of quests. Next to ZERO.

REMOVE QUESTS - rework the system, bring it back once it's fixed.

At least make the quests not a tree or rock? It makes no sense and seems like a quickfix.

So people have 4.5m exp in 1 thing ( for context it would need 600-700 perils)

Quests are stupid

Not only are quests fucked. If you nerf them the people who did them are going to be WAY ahead ( i have done a bunch). How do you fix this scenario?
