Reduces vegetable satiation AFAIK.

I drank enough to satiate milk to 50% and it didn't reduce a single point of vegetables satiation.

test the mechanics i can tell you drinks arnt useless your just using them wrong my issue is not enough food to eat

tho it would be nice to have the drink satiations restore at double the speed as other satiations
