delete credos and delete kingdoms as well. both are irrelevant to the game as a whole.

Nerf it even more tbh, no more double output, extra chance to get the smithing experience event or whatever.

Do you have, or are working towards, any higher tier credo?

I feel like we're arguing over the wrong part here.

Not mandatory should still feel nice to get. Blacksmith, for the ridiculous resources it requests you to throw on the ground, doesn't feel nice. The bonuses shouldn't make it mandatory, but they should still feel nice. Like that swole irrlight idea vigilance put out. No one would get blacksmith for that, but it would feel really nice to have an easy decently good curio available y'know? Decently good for endgame villages, 24hr runtime and 30+ LP/hour/mental weight at qualities you'd expect people to be getting (1x1 at least 10 attention, maybe 10lp/h/weight base? Comes out at the quality of the smithed item?)

Uncommon enough that you wouldn't intentionally waste metal to get it of course.

Last world I had 11 credos done in the first 4 months (I remind you they took more quests per level than they do now) and we organised our village so that everyone gets useful credos for the industry.

This world I'm only doing blacksmith/cave hermit since the other important ones have been covered by other people.
This world the credos are not as annoyingly mandatory as they were last world. And I'd love to see them stay like this rather than slowly going back to what they were.

"not shit" does not necessarily have to mean "mandatory"

I'm sure there is a nice comfy little spot in the middle

we are not there.
