Yes, 'acquire a stat increase by eating' is one of the tutorial objectives. I always do the entire tutorial every time to get it out of the way so my quest list is only actual quests, though as Sevenless mentioned I do always delay the 'eat until healing' (or whatever the phrase was) as it would require you to destroy your hunger to do it early.

yeah so what exactly would the issue be with making tables mandatory for fep then because i don't see an issue anymore in that case

the unfortunate situation someone is simultaneously A: too uninformed to know about tables, while also B: being too stubborn to follow a tutorial, ingame or out of game?

it could even be "eat garbage until you're regenerating, by eating food without a table!" and "eat until you gain a FEP on a table!" on the tutorial steps

Also when you eat off table just add a message in the same style of 'the cart is blocked!'

Implement system message cooldown, getting "ping, if you want FEPs build a table and use it to feast" only every 5 or 10 seconds would be acceptable to me.
