If you aren't going to share with the class, then a teacher might start scold you for derailing a legitimate thread with unintelligible spam.

Instead of being able to open an unkeyed gate with vandalism, which forces people to make pickets, or double layer palisades, instead cut out that bullshit and make it not possible to open an unkeyed gate that is closed(Regardless of having vandalism)
i don't understand, you're making me feel like i'm the retard here. opening a gate is rummaging, not vandalism. are they "opening" it with their fucking axe? are you referencing the puny stickfence you placed horse-distance away from the gate?
from what i understand your ENTIRE scenario is avoidable by visitor gate walling your cave, and visitor gate walling yourself. full stop

What if somebody tunnels into your cave?
Vigilance wrote:so wait.
wall on top, covering from the outside world.
wall below, inside the cave, covering from the belowground world
no additional wall around your cave UP TOP?

Nexit wrote:the picket serves as a de facto lock. what you're suggesting is to reform the entire key system. the pickets are just a neat workaround to avoid carrying keys.
