yes,and with the fresh world feel that gives a sense of discovery and ofc progress feels fast and instant early. With more mine levels, and hopefully more surface world content we can prolong the feeling.
I think most people quite because they hit some kind of wall or feel they have fallen behind, with the current system the game has made the competitive side on quality much closer but when the top stop progressing in a meaningful way. they begin to quit. Imo the game should be aiming not for infinite worlds but for long fixed-length worlds. 2-5 years, at current the game could do 1 year comfortably and could be stretched to 18 months to 2 years with some changes.
