Add more mine levels

yes,and with the fresh world feel that gives a sense of discovery and ofc progress feels fast and instant early. With more mine levels, and hopefully more surface world content we can prolong the feeling.

I think most people quite because they hit some kind of wall or feel they have fallen behind, with the current system the game has made the competitive side on quality much closer but when the top stop progressing in a meaningful way. they begin to quit. Imo the game should be aiming not for infinite worlds but for long fixed-length worlds. 2-5 years, at current the game could do 1 year comfortably and could be stretched to 18 months to 2 years with some changes.

But I do think there is room for a fast-paced event server (3months) between the end and the start of the next world

If there is anything I want less than a "forever" or "super extended" word, is separate severs. Saying this won't divide the player base is so blind, you might aswell not have eyes. And if it doesn't, its because no one is playing on one of the two servers = huge waste of time. People are what makes this game worth playing, and that goes for the friendliest of people to the most villainous. If there is any hill I will die on, its the no multiple servers hill. Literally do not waste your time trying to convince me otherwise.

People quit because of the tedium, as long as there is some kind of development in the village it keeps ppl going, but when most things are already set up and what is left is repetitive and unchanging tasks you get bored.
People quit because of inactivity of their friends. When you login and all villagers are offline when few weeks ago there were at least a few ppl logged in at all times, you lose interest too.
Most people don't really care about falling behind, since its unavoidable when you compare to big villages and most people won't even see the quality wall, sure it'll get slower but still at least 60% of the haven population quit before finding the wall, most ppl quit even before reaching -9.

I completely agree, there are a multitude of reasons people quit. This suggestion may not help prevent those people quit.

This suggestion is to solve the mining limitations issue for those that don't quit, just take the time to consider that once people have hit 9 found the best stones(flint, quartz, feldspar etc) then they have no method to get more. The whole metal industry including the maximum tool for butchering is heavily tied to feldspar now. Once that caps out progression will stall to the point of encouraging them remaining players to quit. Plus if people are already quitting before 9 this change would have little to no impact on them, only increasing the enjoyment for those who stay later into the world.

I would just like the deeper levels to have more unique things and I would like a level 10 with lava and cool stuff!!!!

I have nothing against the idea of adding more mine levels, as long as they aren't just more of the same with slightly higher minimum qualities.
