Draw 50 dots on jotunhiem, then draw 50 dots on midgard and tell me which has dots more densely packed. Then use the snipping tool to move midgard 2 hours away from jotunhiem.

The population being lower also obviously has an impact, but me being on an empty continent with not a single other real person on it is 100% on the back of multiple spawn continents. If there is going to be a very important choice in this kind of game it should be an informed choice.

I have plenty of subjective opinions where reasonable people could disagree, but there is actually no upside to multiple spawn continents and anybody who disagrees is just straight wrong

I never said this, though I agree with it just because it may upset you and I find that amusing.
Can traverse half the world with 6 billion alts in previous worlds but having to cover ground over several large continents just to bully people is apparently too much to bear, sad!

I like the size / spread of this world. If anything, I'd prefer it to be even bigger. On the contrary, world 16 was terrible.

The less pvp there is, the better the game is. The vast majority of people dont play for pvp and will never engage in pvp.

That's beside the point, though. You could always just leave the spawn continent if you want. All this does is take the option away from people who don't want that. It's so unambiguously bad a reasonable person can't argue otherwise. All it does is take choice away.
