People posting that the subscription model "solves a lot of problems" make me sick.

The game were already free, this change of model is bad to the game.

With just 48 hours new players can't get into the game and wont pay 15 dolars to a game they didn't get a chance to play at it fullest, older players are going to stop playing eventually...

I understand that the game has to be profitable so they can continue to developing it, but this is out of the line.

I'm a huge fan of the game, I spent over 30 dollars on Salem and i were happy about it.
But pay to get Playtime? No.

How am I supposed to get my friends into the game with this paywall?

I'm so upset at this that I can't even make a proper post.

I only have one post, possibly 2 now. And I used to play it for a while I just had no reason to talk on the forums.

Also now thinking about it, I understand peoples frustrations. Even as a free to play game, they didn't seem to care for the development of the game and didn't do much to upgrade it. I spose giving them a second chance is a good idea, maybe after a few months of seeing where the game goes I'll decide whether to pay for the game as much as I enjoy it. At the end of the day its peoples money being spent on a stale project? or will stuff be added to make the game even greater than what it already is?

Maybe $8? or something reasonable.. $15 is abit high if I was to look at it.

I think loftar is trolling. I don't believe it's actually real.
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

1 Month In-game time is 720 hours

Postby CTheRain » Fri Aug 28, 2015 11:48 pm

720 hours of in-game time is quite a bit unless you play 16 hours a day. I also believe it carries over to the next month. Its more of a play as you go type deal, same with fucking phones. If you quit after 1 month and come back, you could have tons of time left also. Plus the additional monthly time. Also does the monthly time add up over time??
We buy things we don't need with money we don't have to impress people we don't like.

I also suggest keeping the 48 hours trial. Just so people can get hooked onto the game.
