This kingdom system is to powerfull to much bonus. Moreover when one kingdom will be the biggest a lot of people will join it. like in a Wow when 1 faction start to get 57+% wins the other faction move to another server. and win become 100%.

As I have stated, there might be a LA boost limit. Moreover, hafen is different to WoW. We have never had a situation with a monofactional world.
Also, people will want to start their own kingdom elsewhere. You have to yet win people's minds or convince them to join you, by providing better communal projects and enhancing the inner market = better gameplay for everyone.

i read another 5 image and dont like them a lot.
ore quality - man who talk about it, dont play this world. You dont need ore quality, you need to find coal 180+ and then make better anvil. i know about anvil q273 it has this stats 1,5 mount ago. from q 90 iron you can get crit 180.
This way we must talk about coal quality because you can find 180+ coal on lvl 5 ( in 2 weeks from begining), but you cant make more then q 160 coal with q 100 trees ( 3 mounth of hard work), and saw 250+ ( hq mammonth (imba)), and then tar kiln that cap your boards.

super resourse with more quality -> not fun just increase time of grinding.
0 - 300 -> 300- 450? not fun.

Roger, the coal quality is more important. However, is just he detail and not the key point of the mind-map diagrams. The key points are, that people need more ways to upgrade the quality of their things, that are capped by the pre-set qualities of the natural goods.
It might be not so fun for you, but others spend a lot of time grinding the quality and complain about the stat caps. But again, as I have stated before, there are a few villages that are spiraling their metal to get the high quality anvils and that was the only thing that have kept them in the game.
We have also been spiraling the troll kilns in legacy and had to do trades, digging and etc. to get better feldspar, ball clay, troll bones and etc. It is not compulsory for a common hermit that is happy with the medium quality anvil and clay he/she will get, but creates something to do for advanced factions. Moreover, it upgrades the quality of the items that are capped by the natural resources. That way, more trade goods are being created = more income for both factions and the devs.

Ok first I have to say this is amazing. Imagine how much you could accomplish in a game that has a modding system.

I like most of it, but the devs already mentioned that, because of alts, metagaming is a major worry for them regarding implementation of more complex social systems. It would need an enormous amount of balancing and waterproofing. Realistically, I don't think we can have much more than we already have in the game unless the alt problem is solved (like implementing a pay-per-character system). And we can't have that unless the playerbase is large enough not to take a fatal hit.

The idea of super quality through advanced industry is also pretty neat. That sounds simpler to implement, at least.

I firmly believe that alts, grinded specifically for LA boost won't be a problem if only the experience will be used for the calculation + there would be a limit.
Devs may even disregard the LA boost (although it would help newer players to catch up and give them motivation to join a kingdom).

There were so many people that recognize that we need higher level social structure and territorial exspansion. It has the potential of an autonomous interest and concent generating system. Kingdoms would have their own national currency, trade centers, roads, laws, courts and regulations and etc.
