Why is that exactly? It's a game with open-world pvp. Since none of "your" stuff ingame (including tokens, shop items and your very character) actually belongs to you, racketing for in-game items is an in-game mechanic.

Subtokens are stupid game mechanic and should be removed. Sure they do good things to devs wallets but they ruin the game.
Gifting subscription to specific username would work better.

I'd like you to elaborate on that. The necessity of subtokens was discussed a lot on this forum and most arguments against them were debunked multiple times quite easily. I'm sure you've come up with something new this time?

Extortion does not require the end item be money to qualify as a crime. They demanded money to buy the token so in legal eyes it is the same thing.

Requires a property demanded to change hands in favor of extortionist; a threat have to be made against life, health or property. Neither are applicable to players, since, again, they have no property in-game.

Seatribe should just say that they dont allow people demanding real money for not raiding someone. If someone does this, player being demanded from can pm jorb/loftar and then they can check some chatlogs.

you can earn subtokens without any money aswell you have a choice not to pay lol
the extorters are just be helping jorb/loft with their wallets! its only good for the devs. we need such a feature.
