I have submitted a proposal to them a while ago how this problem can be solved within their limitations (staff size and so) in a surprising and effective way than will be quite spectacular for the bystanders to watch should it ever be put in motion.

Merry Christmas.

Now I'm genuinely curious.

I certainly hope the devs try it out, whatever it is. I am more than willing to go through several iterations of bot prevention mechanics until we reach one that works(not saying your proposal is bad, of course).

Everyone thinks botters are too overpowered in every fashion, but botters get lazy very easily, I have more stats than most botters in the game. So GG

Make it come with a purge of botted characters and I'll get a 12 month gold. It would be funny to see the russian player count drop to somewhere around 8 hehe xd

I'm very much not sure that's relevant to begin with. The very question assumes that the stats were gained due to botting, and thus will do nothing to answer whether that is the case. On the other hand:

I don't doubt that it happens, mind you, but I suspect it is responsible for less brokenness than you seem to think it is. I have developed, as of quite late, some tools to look at certain data aggregates, and as far as I have been able to tell, the vast majority of what is perhaps perceived as "broken character development" appears to be much more due to a few quite broken foodstuffs. Let's just say that the top characters keep to quite specific diets. :)

Your tools are broken or you didn't configure them to look for the right things because it goes beyond looking at their diet and you should reveal all that information related stats/quality/whatever if you're so confident none of it points towards any significant amount of botting.
