NOOBY93, I correctly understood your position: I like it, it suits me, so I do not need to change anything in the game, and I do not care about the opinions of other people?
Excuse me, I don't speak English.

You do justice to your forum signature.

There is need to know English if you're having a discussion in English on a forum of which the main language is English.

You completely misunderstood my point. The game is based around being able to do what you want and getting into conflicts with players who want the same thing you want. This is obvious - what with localized resources, limited gold nodes, realm claims being limited to only 1 realm in an area, the game is made to create conflict between free players.

The natural hierarchy of power is created by time spent in the game, and cooperation with other players who spend time in the game. The players who do these will necessarily be on top. If the hierarchy of power were removed, there would be no incentive to work or cooperate and the game would turn into a boring farmville with much less and much more boring PvE content. Thus, the hierarchy will stay in the game.

As for how to play the game as a noob - if you're unwilling to spend a lot of time in the game, then you have 2 choices - cooperate with groups that do, OR be at their mercy, where they are capable of destroying you and your settlement whenever they want because of how much more powerful they are.

If you are unwilling to cooperate with the strong players, again, you have 2 choices - spend a lot of time in the game (a LOT of time), or again be at the mercy of people who do spend time and cooperate.

The nature of the game is conflict, cooperation and time investment. If one could choose to avoid conflict, cooperation and time investment and not be able to get destroyed by stronger players, simply because he wishes that, then the whole point of the game would collapse.

TL;DR: Optional PvP is not and should not be a thing.

I was born in the USSR during the Iron Curtain. I traveled 2/3 of Russia (Siberia, the Arctic, west and north-west), lived in Belarus, Sweden, the Czech Republic. Visited Latvia, Estonia and Finland several times. But I only know Russian.

Not everyone wants to come into conflict, but the players still kill.

My whole point was that you can't just decide you don't want conflict and gg. If you don't want conflict why are you playing a free-for-all multiplayer sandbox game with permadeath, hitboxes, localized resources, etc.? I'm genuinely baffled.

Just go play Minecraft.

I did not have conflicts with the players nearby. Haven & Hearth - not the first and not the last MMO. Permanent death does not scare me, but I do not like to play the role of curiosity or trophy.

Thanks, I have an account at Minecraft.

I already wrote enough in similar topics. I liked the game, but I was disappointed with the cultivation of stupid senseless cruelty in this game. I stopped playing. Perhaps it's time to stop writing on the forum. Moreover, I do not know English. Какой пассаж! :\

We have softened it significantly.
