Gems would be so annoying if amber didn't have auto-drop.

For one amber dosn't drop by default for another it dosn't drop gems. Update your client.

What? Yes, it's a setting that I use. If my inventory filled with stone every time I mined, I would drop so many gems on the ground and never find them. I don't get what you mean.

gems dont drop.. if you are using amber client go to your settings

you should keep cat gold and sea shels and crystals.. gems will be kept too.

just make sure you ONLY have stones and ore to be dropped when mining

problem solved. i've been mining since the day gems came out and never had any issue with dropping gems unless my inventory became full then in that case it has to be dropped.

also make sure when you are mining to keep the lil "pick axe as the mouse" when mining and you will drop the stones and ore as soon as you left/right click ( cant remeber) the lil pick axe goes away and you dont drop stone and ore anymore..

Oh my gooses, it's not complicated.
He uses auto-drop on stone. So when he mines gems, he sees them in his inventory. He's NOT dropping the gems. Jeeeeebus!
