Nerf movement by boats

Thoughts on the further development of Haven & Hearth? Feel free to opine!

well, waterfall and whitewater rafting would be sweet ...

When we get bridges, we will definitely need trolls under them. (Random chance of troll spawning under the bridge, preventing anyone from crossing it)
