Pretty much this. We have no way to defend ourselfs from them and yet You wanna make things worse. Especially when You can't avoid getting bite sometimes and that is stupid itself.

Midges caused me like 2 allergic reactions followed by allergic reaction from stinging nettle about 2-3hours into the new world, thx but no thx. -30str/agi debuff for over a day at the beginning was retarded

Don't get stung? If you're just standing there taking it, you're probably a bot.

Or maybe doing something like building your claim and don't want to stop with a half built claim to run for 20 minutes until the midges quit chasing you.

Today, while having 4 stacks of Allergic Reaction, I ported back home and there was a swarm waiting there. In the time it took me to move away I got 5 more stacks of Allergic Reaction... a bit too much if you asked me.
