As much as I find a bit of randomness fun, I think most players would vastly prefer this. I wouldn't be opposed.

How would it handle +1 vs +2? RNG which you get like the current system but within its own fep bar?

One of:
  1. Randomly give +1 or +2 based on weight of +1/+2 FEPs to stat's bar.
  2. Have separate bar for +1 and +2 FEPs for each stat.
  3. Add n FEPs to stat bar for +1 FEPs and add 2n FEPs to stat bar for +2 FEPs.
#1 is still random, which will have some irritant. #2 is maybe too cumbersome with too many bars (especially if later +3 FEPs ... +N FEPs are to be added). #3 leaves question of why +2 FEPs exist at all instead of just doubling count of +1 FEPs.
