there is not much a punishment for being a criminal, when there is big factions everywhere scents do not work.

how does diatance from the shore save you from drowning if your boat gets 2 shoted and you will be ko for a while??

Well, ok, if the char is koed at the moment the boat is destroyed then it's probably fine to get away with asphyxation wound.

I think the simple solution is just don’t drain stamina while In the water KO’ed. This only benefits the none rage folks. This will allow none rage to port back. For rage players it ends in the same result, death. Also makes sense as a person unconscious shouldn’t be swimming as they are unable to move, thus not exerting oneself. I’m not a coder, but I believe this would be a much easyer mechanic to code too.

Thing that I suggested would maybe be the best solution?
If you are in a boat, which is destroyed by player, and you don't have rage, then you wouldn't drown, but could teleport to your HF.
Maybe there would be small window of time to teleport into HF before your char starts swimming, moving would also result in the character beginning to swim.

Requester, as with knocked-out, with a long enough time to react to it.
So preferably one that pops up when being KO'd, asking what to do when the character wakes up - thus way before it happens, not the moment he wakes up.

Yes, that could be painted as nanny mode. But in case one dosn't like it he can buy rage and find likely minded people, while leaving the ones interested in playing farmville (which at some point had 34.5 million daily active users) in peace (or at least just with a slight inconvenience, compared to death and body stolen).
