How is this extortion? He is using game mechanics to his advantage and hinting that devs should fix it. Much like some information security exploits get made public as a proof of concept.
Its not like everyone else doesnt abuse every cheese and glitch they get their hands on.

If you don’t understand how this is not extortion or blackmail then you need to look up those terms. He explicitly threatens to do something if jorb or loftar don’t comply. There is no “hinting.”

I can agree that he technically does that, but it's more like "if you don't fix this hole in your fence, I'm going to come through it to demonstrate that the hole in the fence is a problem."

I’m not arguing that what he did needs to be punished. I think what he did was justified and needed to be done tbh. But you can’t say this isn’t extortion. It is by definition.

No one knows how to fix it? It seems pretty obvious if you ask me. Don't let people piloting snekkja's or knarrs attack. Don't allow boats to be destroyed with KO'd folks in them. Blammo. Problem fixed.
