People say using word master vs slave is racially insensitive. But actually saying so makes you even more racially insensitive because you shift from real problem of slavery to one case of it (black slaves in last few centuries). Slavery was done mostly by people of same races - slavs were slaves to other slavs. There is cause for that - people couldnt travel long distances. So if the only cause of removing theese words is racially insensitiveness then you should drop this idea because it's inconsistent. You could opt for stating that slavery is bad - but also is murder.
