sprucecaps aren't so dangerous, unless they attack another sprucecap

the difference of stats between two sprucecaps makes the stronger sprucecap dangerous for the weaker sprucecap

the game is to some degree about sprucecaps slaying sprucecaps

Zentetsuken is right too, Hearthlings aren't humans, but a different species entirely who can consume vast amounts of food and drink. Maybe walruses are the right speed and Hearthlings speed is just slow.

just because some animals are unique doesn't mean that limbs are not the thing that makes most of creatures fast

fatness is not necesarilly also the deciding factor, but in combination with terrible limbs it definitely makes very slow

for example there are some rare examples of 400 KG humans who only eat fast food in large quantities all day that cant stand up from bed, they can't move despite having good limbs

now, how much does a walrus weigh?

Its like you are purposefully ignoring the facts

look at this

Image

the entire design of walrus is created for speed it has SOME limbs for elephant like weight/speed mobility and SOME not limbs for snake tactics mobility this is an agile aerodynamic creature a paradigm of peak speed efficiency

Now there's a difference, walrus is fat by design  no wonder 500pound tendie enjoyers cant move from their bed

they should add obesity, based on how much energy a hearthling consumes, the fatter the hearthling becomes, the fatter the hearthling is the higher likeliness of developing a deadly disease (for example heart disease)

at about 400 KG of weight hearthling would either die after some period or would have to show the will to lose 50KG by not eating, if they show the will and lose 50KG of weight, they can be allowed to have a surgery operation to make their stomach smaller

great shublapost, right? ¦] ¦] ¦] ¦] ¦] ¦] ¦] ¦] ¦] ¦]

this, but with the order reversed

500 pound tendie enjoyers can't move from their bed, now wonder that walrus who is fat and with terrible limbs by design can't run

it's not about having issues killing walruses, I have killed a lot of them

it's about them being like in reality

maybe also not to punish sprucecaps for making correct logical conclussions, but that is the minor reason
