simply just remove access from everyone; it would make the game far more interesting and enjoyable with the list you're suggesting and my list combined

Winter still being absolute dogshit, 5 (?) years later, means all of this is copium.

Active claims should just prevent winter effects in their area, period. Some people want to LARP snowball fights w/e in their base? Make an OPT-IN checkbox at the claim pole/idol to "turn winter back on."

That only solves 50% of the problem, winter within my walls. The other 50% of the problem is winter outside of my walls.
