Yes, please and thank you :D

You want this game to be something it's not.

Just like you can't make people love you, only strive to be worth loving, you can't force everything to align with your tastes, only expand your taste to include this. If it's not for it's not for you. You couldn't go complain about Rust or DayZ or Unturned or ArkSE or any similar game to suddenly turn into a purely PvE game, and you can't do it here.
Total misplay.

Who the fuck says I couldn't? I could and I would!

That is, if I played those games instead of this one and had a legitimate thought-out suggestion. I'm here for a while, I'm not not going to quit just because my whims are not implemented, but I'd still prefer that my suggestion is heard and ready to argue my point. But that was all in another thread, me and Ganhard were discussing looting in PvP and it kinda spilled out to this thread. He said he's "out" so I obviously yanked his chain saying I WOULD like this game to be PvE (I do not wish that). Sorry for the confusion, you made a decent point about making people do stuff, just aimed it at me 'cause of a misunderstaning.

I think the biggest problem is the tutorial quests immediately stab the new player in the back.
It asks you to do all these things that will make you leave a mark on the minimap.
Every target I have found leaves a visible mark on the map without having enough protection.
Some lack active claims some lack palisades.

When you ask players to pave when they are not safe yet you invite the wolves to terrorize them.

I think all the beginners quests are fine but should only come after a specific quest line of making a claim and palisade. The real starting quest should also promote safe practices like leaving nature seemingly untouched until you have a palisaded claim.
Right now all new players get trapped into spending MANY hours into building houses and infrastructure because quests taught you to pave and build. They will lose interest immediately when all their work that the quests naturally pushed them to do is wiped.

Haven is a survival game after all it should warn new players before they make a fatal error that will end their Haven career.

Once players have a safe operating space the game should shower them with all kinds of quests that leave a clear sign that someone lives there.

Haven is an abnormal game it needs abnormal tutorial quests.

You seem to fundamentally fail to understand and see the game as the piece of art it is. It was created with a purpose and intention in mind, there are specific ways the designers intend you to feel when you play it. Hindering PvP goes directly against that and shows a disregard and disrespect for the designers' intentions, and shows you see it as merely a product that must entertain you, when it is not. H&H is a tragic tale and you're pressuring the creators to change that because it's "unhealthy and a failure" when those things just don't apply to what is. It's like saying the Mona Lisa isn't pretty enough. Like what? What does that even mean?

It's not for you. And it's not a product. If it were a product they would add pve servers and private servers etc etc etc but it isn't and they haven't because they don't care, that's not their vision. We don't care if you dislike their vision. Play something else.

who are those "we" you keep mentioning? Are they in a room with you at the moment?

You are not so important as you see yourself, you don't speak for anyone but yourself (as do I), and you surely ain't no prophet of "the devs' vision" for this obscure game. Get back to Earth and smell some grass for a change :) Let others voice their mind, and if you personally don't like it - in your own words, go read somewhere else ;)

I meet tons of new players from steam , some even no life as much as I do.
This game is fantastic , but it's also very niche.
If anything the main problem is the community brothers... not the mechanics of the game.
Help the noobs instead of griefing them, maybe they'll stay...

This.

Also, beware, "they" will come for you now as "they" seem to do for anyone who doesn't fall in line ;)

You want to change the mechanics of the game , I don"t particulary though.
I'd like the community to be mature enough to realise that griefing obvious noobs hurt the game and themselves in the long run.
But I also know it's a lost cause, I've been playing HnH for way too long to have any delusion about it.
