I also play since 2011 and pvp always been a problem, never bothered with it

this should explain a lot about what's going on

within the span of 14 years someone has engaged with something, while refusing to bother with one of its primary functions or learn about it at all. like, at all. then levies their opinions about it in depth 14 years later. but they'll still engage with it for that whole time without adapting or evolving past that.

Thats a interesting take on pvp lmao, just because a person could take a life from another does not mean that they would enjoy that. You obv got a different mjndset on it tho and thats fine. You're expanding upon the original question. You wanted an answer as to why someone may not interact with certain mechanics the game allows to be utilized. I provided the answer for you, most people don't like to play with shit.

It's just a metaphor. It kind of applies to me now as well since I think the combat system is truly garbage and not the least bit fun to interact with, but in prior worlds I have attempted to learn and use the combat in various scenarios involving group combat, solo combat, and 1vX. Maybe if jorb and loftar ever get a clue and make it at least somewhat interesting I'll give it a go again, but until that time it's simply a pointless system used mainly for aggression and very rarely defence.

I totally suck ass in PvP and I get violated and annihilated every time I engage with it but I still have fun playing this game building my base seeing how far I can go before I'm annihilated by some random person I usually go rebuild someplace else surprisingly when I get annihilated by somebody it actually renews my spark more often and I keep playing longer

every time I do a fresh start I get better and faster at getting through the early game
Ozzy even threatened to steal my pants in the last World and he never found me

literally on day one I got a plus 20 agility guildstone from a tree from a quest I put on my pants they lasted till I quit I played for 4 months till I got bored on Steam launch

I'm starting to think about devoiding livestock they always cause me to burn out always quit around when I start getting cows and sheep It's usually the taming process that irritates the hell out of me

I see no reason the rage about PVP when it's not fair life in general isn't so I don't care

I also have bipolar disorder and I don't throw fits and rage about this game when it's not going my way and yes I'm autistic and yeah I think you do need to be autistic to enjoy Haven which I don't really consider a bad thing it's better to be autistic than being a boring ass Normie or incompetent rager

also raging online gets you nowhere is most people don't give a fuck they probably are actually enjoying mocking you and rage is the favorite food of trolls they like making people rage

my opinion about the major factions on the game I think they're conflicts are amusing looking at the drama on the forums keeps me well entertained even after I quit I checked the forms maybe once or twice a week to read what's going on snail is edgy and sometimes super cringy but he's also amusing and he does have some good ideas occasionally

I'm not a promoter of Nazi imagery or the use of the n-word but not giving a fuck is the best way to live

I'm in top pvp village every world I don't know any bots. The farmer farms manually, the miner mines manually. I think I saw a bot to afk in a thicket and produce ticks that's about it. I think I have highest stat in my village I don't have bots. In fact not even just bots ppl aren't that tryhard in general. Nobody is even ppl in other "top" villages. Nobody cares that much anymore if they ever did.

As for exploit there's always some minor thing that gets blown up with forum melodrama like Loftar accidentally forgot to delete snails pneck that he let him use after helping bugtest valhalla last world. Some water thing the world before. Its always snail and its always pretty irrelevant.
