Thats exactly what i was trying to explain with the example of the policeman.
In real life things can be easily destroyed, yes, but there is also consecuencies. As it happened in the pic you show, and it has happened allways.
In the game, betrayal is extremely OP, and there is no real way to counter it or what its worse, taking revenge.
As Avui mentioned this can be probably solved reworking the siege system, structures HP etc...

Despite this I think this is an inherent part of the game which should not be removed completely. If you are in a small group where everyone can trust eachother you alot stronger
than a bigger group in which there is one single traitor. That being said the system is exploitable and you can always create a new account if your reputation drops too low.
Maybe one account per device? I guess some people will get around that aswell.
Also this. Its a problem for any group with expectactions of growing.
