If used within a certain time frame before dying (30 minutes for example) the player is allowed to call upon the aid of the Gods, revitalizing their player at half hp to live to fight again. Stat reduction? High exp cost? Once per character? Inheritance loss? Crazy and dumb? Essentially this could be an extension upon the death viewing mechanic, allowing for some strategic plays as well as making it so bodies may actually have a chance at being retrieved.
