But remember that every catch-up mechanic You come up with, it will be used against more, than it benefits. Like imagine, few titan chars make everyone else getting a buff that allows them to catch-up to titan. Why wouldn't faction abuse it even greatly to make basically, clone fighters when the one in use dies? It will make smaller people / newcomer stompped even harder!
I don't know if my english just sucks so I can't transport the message or if you simply have overlooked the posts outlining my viewpoint. In case it's the latter please flip back some pages and then tell me why it would be a bad idea.I mean correct me if I am wrong on what I've read here so far or my way of thinking.

Or, worded differently: how many of the lower chars will be cut down by the titan before it is KOed and ports back to HF, to return the next day in new glory?

If there weren't world resets this game would not work in its current state it would become 12 russians just botting the hell out of the game getting 100k stats and then anyone who trys to join is just murdered for the lolz because what else do you do in a dead game... So world resets are definitely a good thing

Like in real life. One casual goes to the gym 2 hours twice a week. Another guy is a hard working peasant, lifting weights for hours every day because that is his work. Who would win if they browl? But can the hard worker be 100 times stronger than the casual?
Granger wrote:Regarding world resets I think that they kill off motivation for building projects and deter players from starting (or continuing, for different reasons) to play - and the need for them solely roots from the current inablility of the world to rid itself of defunct structures and runaway numbers (stats and item quality).
IMHO world resets (as we know them) should be dealt with by removing the reasons for them.
