If you wanted to play a game with no risk of dying or anything then maybe this isn't the right game.... Just a thought.....

Careful what you're asking for - you would likely end up with two digit concurrent users, all bored to death from no one to gank.

The flaw of your point is that you completely ignore wounds and looted gear, being bested in combat isn't consequence free even with a working KO protection.

The issues aren't just with players without rage being able to be killed, show me any recent big faction fight video where a group isn't using some custom client feature that is unavailable to the rest of the player base. There are plenty of ways "top fighters" already have advantage over most players before you even take stats in to account.

from what i've seen, most people are using Amber and Ardennes client xD, which are both public. I personally prefer Amber client since it seems more stable on my PC, but i'm sure Ardennes has some decent combat/movement macros in there.

Most of the private clients have always been forks off one of the major clients. They could include things that aren't easily visible in a video or screenshot.

Nah, the only combat movement macro that existed was AD's drink and run script - which loftar made obsolete. For the most part there's not really any super secret underground fighting advantage scripts, just the enemy combat stat calculator I guess but that's not really underground. Just calculates your targets defense weight/agility.
