They would actually be more liable now should someone get scammed in a token trade because the money is going directly to them. Their useless little buyer beware means nothing, if someone paid them real money and lost that real money as a direct result of being scammed through an offer in Apples for Oranges I don't see how that makes the player less warranted to complain than if they had done it privately.
