Stockpiles also block the ranged attack.

they are worthless at q1 anyways its not worth the time to do early anymore.
see homo sexuality trending,. do not do that.

It's still pretty early to be doing it now though and the quality gets easier to maintain as players progress

Guess people will just use cliffs as walls then.

A Mammouth should be able to bash up to palisades.

I seem to remember a certain raid in w6 with a troll that gives a pretty strong reason why this shouldnt be a thing.

Oh fuck off, this is one of those things that cannot be fixed and I don't even see the issue here anyway.
If anything this shows that the survival cap change has WORKED perfectly. It's a fucking q60 mamoth, yeah it'll obviously give them some minor benefits in terms of ivory curios but that's relatively minor. If that would have been a q400+ mammoth or some shit then yeah I'd agree, that would be fucking retarded and would accelerate their lead way too much but really who gives a fuck about a q60 mammoth? I've got access to higher quality hides, I've got fucking chicken nodes around me that are near enough the same q as that mamoth giving me decent q bones on demand.
Even cheesing it is gonna require some effort and set up. I think this is fine for the more experienced villages to pull off.

Sorry but I'm just not seeing the problem here.

I call bullshit on that one.

While there might be no good idea how to tackle a problem yet, framing something as being impossible or claiming no alternative to a certain path (can) exist(s) is usually a fallacy to further an agenda.

That specific part of his statement aside, he isn't wrong. The survival hardcap worked as intended, lowering the mammoth q to 60 instead of leaving it at 300~q. So what if they were able to take it down? It's time and effort for a gimped reward.
W3 to W6 - Blockland. Special mentions: New Avalon, Tarn of Hotdog, Red October.
W7 - Elvenia, til we all got lazy.
W8 - Cult of R'lyeh, til the deeps called us back.
W9 - Tartarus, til death/wizards came for the land itself.
W10 - ???, ruined and forgotten.

We weren't hardcapping it, that was just an unlucky node.

Ya'll nerds getting bent out of shape over nothing, though. By the time sawQ is relevant people will have already had enough stats to kill a mammoth without any serious cheese. Prior to sawQ being relevant the meat from a mammoth isn't rly that relevant. You could get better str/hour from fishing sturgeon..

I could care less about any benefit anyone is getting from it, I'm just pointing out the fact that this is simply an exploitation of the mechanics that occurred on the very first day and will continue to occur until it is resolved. In the long-term players will still continue to use these methods when they have the stats for it too it really makes no difference but it's pretty laughable you guys think you're gonna be face tanking a mammoth without any form of cheesing any time soon, let me know how that goes.

Not that it really matters much, but I thought mammoths did start from q80 before? Are you sure it was not capped? Just curious as it might mean that other base qualities were shifted as well (did not look so till now).

People had like 500k LP within the first 30 hours of the world. by the time people start planting trees, so now, I guess, it'd be very reasonable to kill a Mammoth from a horse without getting it stuck.
My comments were more directed at Grenger tho

I know Bunsey and I had higher than 80, but now you mention it Ivka mightn't have been. Disregard I guess x:
