I wouldn't mind the discovery itself if not for the fact that there's too much to remember and you have to play with a spreadsheet to first make the discovery and then to actualy use its outcome

Are you implying that I should apply the general rule that things which make the AVERAGE PLAYER feel like they WASTED THEIR TIME should be REMOVED FROM THE GAME?
There is one "feature" of the game that I get more complaints about than food, TBPQH, senpai-fam. ^^

I was able to get stats that were competitive at the faction level as a hermit within a month or two.

How the fuck do you get faction-competitive quantities of pork, cheese and pepper as a hermit?

How could any hot-blooded male deny such a request under the circumstances.

I spend nearly all of my playtime raiding retards like you, and based on my extensive going-through-other-people's-things experience 90% of the people posting in this thread are eating foods that are like 10-20% as effective as what I'm eating.
I literally just want the game to be easy enough to get into that some more people who like PVP will play it. Some of the shit I say on the forum is subjective, obviously, but the need to search through literal millions of recipes before you can even start to rly play the game or know what to do being bad isn't a subjective opinion. It's objectively dumb.
It's not even a system you can meaningfully interact with as a human. It literally requires machines to interact with. So fucking stupid.

Why are you killing random players and looking through their cupboards instead of offering advice? Why do you keep your client to yourself? Noobs getting killed and griefed is a HUGE reason more people aren't getting into this game. I think it's a much bigger deal than any perceived feel-bads about eating non optimal food. Most noobs genuinely don't know or even care about hunger & FEP efficiency let alone variable material ingredient recipes.
icepie wrote:Also I think we all know this, but this is not a very fun game for people who actually like pvp. There's very little room for player skill to shine past the difference in player stats and equipment quality.

No one should babysit you. Period. I've been shit on in the past and I'm learning ever since, all by myself. Sure, people shared tips with me and I did that to others too, but most of the times YOU are the reason YOU get good. The skill matters the most but people love to blame their problems on stats & client features. Git gud.
