Since it's only 5%, then I would like to see his math, on why he thinks 5% is just 5%, and barely affects anything. That's pretty fair isn't it? We can compare notes on who should be taken seriously, and who's just making stuff up as they go. He's made alot of suggestions over the years, and surely he wasn't just winging it every single time, and has a basis for his beliefs.
