Feel free to ban this account mods but please don't bury this in the giant pile of P2P hate posts you've created. I want jorb to read it.
Here are the 4 things you did wrong:
1. You chose a P2P monetizing system for HnH instead of the simple vanity buys and mild P2W buys that Salem's been using or the Buy2Play system of most other games like this like Don't Starve, Rust, etc... P2P is being fazed out across the industry.
2. You never mentioned a paywall to the player base before implementing it. This game dies without it's hardcore, dedicated playerbase. You exploded the anger all over the place by surprising everyone with this bad idea, because of that you're being DDOS'd and the forums are a tidal wave of hatred towards the new product.
3. You failed to recognize how international the player base of HnH was. The paywall is too expensive anywhere for a game like this. With all it's bugs, defects and crashes it needs to be either B2Play alpha or F2P with vanity cash shop. It's especially expensive in such an international playerbase for what they can get. In the 7 years since HnH came out there are now many similar games that are better in some ways and also cheaper.
4. You failed to put in the work for even 1/10th of the marketing that Salem's new dev's did for their release. Yesterday, Colesie was the only one streaming the new game that I saw. He had about 40 viewers. I didn't see any other advertising for the game. Because of that, I doubt that you recieved any NEW players for the game and you're even more reliant on the old playerbase who's now pissed off.
Here are the ways for you to fix your 4 mistakes:1. Admit that you were wrong about implementing P2Play. Give full refunds to anyone who's already purchased it. After that do one of 2 things. One, If you need money then make it for B2Play. I think Colesie mentioned $30-40 as a place to price it. Give out a free week of play, then make them buy it. You'll make more money that way. Two, lower the prices. You'll make more money selling a thousand hat boxes than you will on shrinking subscriptions.
2. Apologize to the player base. (I doubt you can) Admit that the P2Play was the wrong way to go and that there are other ways to monetize the game. This is the only way that you'll stopped being DDOS'd by all these idiot kids and angry Russians.
3./4. Offer a 50% discount on buying the game to anyone who agrees to stream the game for a certain amount of time for the next 6 months. Follow them on Twitch. Then offer them special non-game breaking hats, capes, crap to keep streaming the game for you. This will allow the international players and Russians to save money on the purchase of the game.
The game LOOKS good at least. If it'd stop lagging and crashing and I didn't have to pay to watch myself chop wood slowly I might play it.

Btw can I be unbanned or am I still permanently banned for calling you the only Libertarian Lutheran Jihadist in the world? I keep getting banned before I can ask you in a PM.

Edit: Also you're making a huge mistake by offering a new world for old haven. You're splitting your customers up into smaller and smaller games. It'll hurt the growth of the game to not have them all in one world.
