You seem to have some personal trauma related to people asking for lower prices so I'll try to explain it to you more simply:

Right now the price for a subscription is an absolute sum of money, therefore hugely crippling poor people and giving a huge advantage to Norwegians, Swedes, Fins, Americans, Germans etc.

What the idea is proposing is that poor countries have to pay less so they don't take such a massive hit to their pocket just by buying a monthly subscription. This would likely massively increase the amount of people buying subs AND it would let people from poor countries subscribe the same way people from rich countries do, therefore getting the bonuses and supporting the game.

I don't see why you're taking this very legit idea so personally.

But salaries are also 1/5 of what it would be in the USA.

With some googling, some cheap vodka in us is like 6 dollars for ½ liter.

There is literally no way to live alone by working and studying at the same time. If you dont have a superb job.

Here most grown people (not students) have no money after spending it on necessities, and Croatia is even one of the least poor countries in the region.

Well yeah could also be because Germany hates students. Dont know why. I can give you an example. Most students study about 30 hours a week + 14-18 hours work. You will end up with 650-800 euros. 1 room apartment costs 450-600 where i live.
And thats on of the cheapest places to live. And you will still have to pay for Bus tickets, electricity, Food and other essential shit.
