ehh you cant nerf bows, you either make em shit or too good.

IMO remove them in pvp until you find a decent balance for it.

ehh its pretty funny that a char with 400 mm compared to my 10k ua can pick up a nice q rbow and get a few thousand points of perc which is 1000000000x easier to raise then agi and shoot me for like 1/6 of my health every 2 seconds from range where i cant even reach them :D :D :D :D :D :D :D archery has always been bullshit, imo it has no place in pvp, just keep it for animals haha or make chars with bows completely immobile
