Just going to reiterate the point that this is in no way meant to make bots unusable, and is not intended to ban them.

It's only meant to make the mass use of them much difficult.


I think using some bots is okay and is likely less valuable than nolifing the game, but we've seen examples of bot villages and whacky things like shubla's alt combat knarr proving that utilizing many at a time can be unfair.


The only thing my idea is trying to deter (just by making it expensive), is the mass usage of them.

Wife can do farming and kids foraging

the wife is the forager, she likes running around and exploring, dodging danger while grabbing things off the ground. Any game where this is possible. In minecraft she ends up with chests full of gathered flowers.
the kids are happy to do literally anything, they consider the game a "camping game" and they love both camping and video games. when they played W15 i had to stop them from making a ton of wooden crates just for the fun of it
