What about speed scaling on the quality? It is totally against whole movement speed system. Just change it so the quality affects Knarrs appearance higher the quality the better it looks, or more detailed it is.

I dislike this thread. Knarrs are fine as they are. If anything, higher quality knarrs should be even more powerful.

1. Disable combat from knarrs for now.
2. Knarrs should not be able to float at full speed in shallow water (slower than rowboats etc) - you can walk in it = knarr should be super slow/stuck/need to be pulled/pushed back with rowboats on super slow speed (brushing bottom on sand/rocks taking damage)

or make only the "driver" able to be in combat, with passengers only able to perform ranged atacks

What if:
To nerf knarr's speed on the rivers. I think that little dugout and simple boat should be faster than big ****ing knarr. It is simple more realistic.
But still knarrs should be fastest in the sea. Just make rivers more safe. If you want some fun and PvP-risk, then go to the ocean with your knarr and your full team.

There is a big difference between the river and shallow water... The knarr is much heavy object than boat or dugout. So it shouldn't go faster in the river. Even if there are 4 people who rows, it will be still more slow than one good rowman in dugout. It's not only about shallow water where knarr should be nerfed even more.
