You claim to have been playing the game since world 1, yet you don't seem to understand that getting anything worth while in 12 hours isn't possible in the slightest. You'd have to be very lucky and cross an old plot that's lost it's claim, or have friends to give it to you. Along with that, free players can't even try maintain plots of land, that'd require them to do extreme time management skills on a game that requires a whole lot of time.

So, gentlemen, if you wish to make that argument, perhaps you, yourself, should make a free account, and try thrive with twelve hours a month, perhaps grab this fabled game time and have a jolly good time. When a game becomes a chore, it's no longer a game, it's work. Have a lovely evening.

I don't believe that I need to "claim" you can literally see it on my account. I don't expect it to be easy to grind time, but you are suddenly playing the game for free (paid by others) when you do. The thing is, it is entirely possible to keep up LP gain with 12 hours, if not definitely with 24. It is slightly slower as you won't find the best curios. But all you have to do is forage, you don't need a home, fence, farm or anything like that. In fact it's extremely slow to start your character in such a way, unless you quickly start a stable line of curio crafts. Once your stats are fairly good, you shouldn't have too much of a problem. (of course this is just speculation as we don't know how much game time will be worth yet)

Best to just swap subscriptions onto the top of the page as soon as possible, to reassure people that the sky is in fact not falling.

People see the token and assume that's the main form of purchasing game time. Reading comprehension skills are a pain I guess :p And the patience to make it to the end of the page.

I'd gladly pay to play. I would pay once. I mean, like lots of video games. You pay, and then you get the game.

But subscriptions. Srsly.

I aint gonna pay 15$/month to be raided by bearman russians palibashing barehanded screaming CYKA tearing me and everything I own apart. No. No thx

$10.

You are not going to pay $10.

And certainly not $6.

I'd give easily 50 bucks for it. Really.

Giving money is not the issue here, buying the game is normal by me, but taking a subscription, I would just feel like a cow being milked all day. And beaten up a lot.

Give me some solutions, then. I am providing an ongoing service. Charging a one time fee for an unlimited commitment in time is not really tenable, though we have attempted something similar anyway in the account verification.

His concern isn't with the price, though.
