Hard cap + eternal grind -> asymptotic grind : the higher is your lvl, the more LP you need to next lvl

Paying player get avantage but nothing a non paying player can reach -> get double LP if you pay.

payment idea - races

How about free accounts for everyone then you must pay to get a decent character? such as every account may create a character as a thrall or surf that has a stat cap of 50 average then if someone wants a better character they must pay a little $ to get a better character. such as a viking to be great at fighting and have something like 200 stats in str, agi, and con then 100-50 in everything else.
not enough money in it? have it cost each time your character dies. too pay to win? have it so someone can put in 50hours of grinding for items to have the next in bloodline to be a viking or something. maybe have it fated so these items are high comodity that newbs/hermits can trade with to villages or such.

such as an oracle with high psy and such caps, you need 10 pearls and a woodlands crown. or a viking needs a bear and lynx hide with 10 bars of steel. or straw hat and hopped up cone for a farmhand

and characters cost .50c to 5usd depending on what tier they are. an ingame shop would be cool too lol

No way and it would matter even less if they did it in a way such as: buy recipe for item which goes to your hearthfire, a character discovers the recipe and thus can craft a customized item for himself or others. If character dies inheriting the character returns the discovery.

Just might not carry over to a new world I guess but I'm sure there would be some purchases that could.
