I really have no idea what kind of picture people have about germany, but its not the promised land. You cant really call it life if you are unemployed.
There is nothing like 1050 minimum salary dunno where you get that from but such thing doesnt exist. It was 8.5 euros / h until 2017 now its somewhat around 8.6 if i remember correctly. Wich is pretty low if you compare it to other wealthy countries. And its not enough. There is no way someone who is working 36 hours a week can live of 8.6 euros / h in germany.
And no i dont think being at university 30 hours + working 16 hours a week should be called lazy.
After university your salary will be 5-20000 euro per month, so you choose it by yourself.
And in Russia after univerity you have 1500, if you live in Moscow and really get lucky.
And there is a very big chances to work on a gas station even if you have university degree.
8.5*40hrs = 340 per week * 4 = 1360 per month.
My salary is 2.7 per hour.
Here thay pay only for working hours so, if you have lunch this is not payable time,
most people spent 10-12 hours a day and get payed only for 8 hours, its a normal practise.
