I really have no idea what kind of picture people have about germany, but its not the promised land. You cant really call it life if you are unemployed.
There is nothing like 1050 minimum salary dunno where you get that from but such thing doesnt exist. It was 8.5 euros / h until 2017 now its somewhat around 8.6 if i remember correctly. Wich is pretty low if you compare it to other wealthy countries. And its not enough. There is no way someone who is working 36 hours a week can live of 8.6 euros / h in germany.
And no i dont think being at university 30 hours + working 16 hours a week should be called lazy.

After university your salary will be 5-20000 euro per month, so you choose it by yourself.
And in Russia after univerity you have 1500, if you live in Moscow and really get lucky.
And there is a very big chances to work on a gas station even if you have university degree.

8.5*40hrs = 340 per week * 4 = 1360 per month.
My salary is 2.7 per hour.
Here thay pay only for working hours so, if you have lunch this is not payable time,
most people spent 10-12 hours a day and get payed only for 8 hours, its a normal practise.

Yes. Othervise we raid, steal, plunder, murder and grief the shit out of every positive effort you try to make in a real life >:-D

Ironically, these are largely the reasons why the Russian economy is so shitty in the first place.

The 'free for poor fucks' option gives you
* a 33% penalty to character development
* a 60% speed reduction for various tasks ('convenience')
* an inventory size decrease from 5x5 to 4x4
compared to having a verified and subscribed account.

When not everybody has the option of paying a reasonable sum to verify and subscribe, this is an unfair disadvantage.

I get you man, loud and clear, I even agree, except that I would have stated it inversely in that the 'not free for rich fucks' option gives pay to win buffs* and that is just a terrible strategy to pursue on the devs' part, imo, but that is not what we are talking about here and you know that.

Just the begging kind.

If the payment options only gave you cosmetic items and other things unrelated to essential gameplay, I wouldn't care about people from poor countries being unable to get the paid benefits. But this is related because the lack of regional pricing screws over people from poor countries gameplay-wise. It could be resolved by either not having gameplay benefits from paying, or by making sure people in poor countries can also get those benefits by paying an equivalent amount of money.

You are looking at it wrong. The game is subscription based but in it's eternal generosity gives the opportunity to poor fucks to still play even they should maybe go to work instead. The game shouldn't let non payers play at all and then you'd have no problem with it.

Move to a country then where honey and milk runs in rivers and fried chicken fly into your open mouth.

Just don't be disappointed when you then find out that a good portion of the people there are also cut off from the nice stuff, like in your country.

No, it is so shitty because Russia is not robbed for 500 years countries of Africa, India, Asia and South America. It robbed only lands that was captured by it, so
it robes itself. If rich countries will be joined with their colonies, their economics will be shitty too. )
