You might need to lower your expectations if you're some hermit or in a group that is unorganized and struggles to understand the game or not dedicated enough as the other big bad groups. The game mechanics are the same for everybody fundamentally
When I used to play seriously I was dual chars (as back then you could not do everything on one char due to sliders) Back then, It was nothing for me to ua bears and such with no armor. Trolls though. . . I found a group of folks who had the same dedication as me(this was a long time ago) We had a cook who had houses full of stat foods and cheeses and had meal plans
We had hunters(two nasty lil Euros) who would keep the pantry and hide station always full.
These were just a few of the people who were in HRE. (Teamspeak was constantly used back then)
I was the LW and my alt was the ranger hunter. Both chars were in the defense group. but that was only used like twice (both no names) This was all before the curio system.
Since then. Yea. I can still be dedicated, but like I said, it's the fact of the spirit.

You don't remember what it used to be like? Masses of 100, bug raids involving village idols, hearth vaults on mountains with row after row of 1 stick in a signpost. Signpost walls 20 tiles deep between brick walls.
We have nothing, now. You don't have to deal with that butt cancer.
I still remember the HearthVaults behind brickwalls to the water's edge. the chair, animal, wagon, boat, signpost exploits. the @345456734556725782756725 chat exploits etc etc etc. And I agree, we are better off but weather dealing with butt cancer or foot cancer or pussy cancer. . . It's all still cancer m8
