The meta with b12 and opknock has been with us for 5-8 years now.
I think it's necessary to increase the number of coins required for these strong moves. (opknock and cleave)
Let's say 6 for opknock and 9 for cleave.
Ideally, we should make opknock only for 2nd-tier fighters, Titans should stop using it with cleave.
9 coins for cleave will make its use meaningful, people won't be able to spam it as a main attack.
In my vision, people will fight in a yellow-green deck and at the end of the fight, when there are strong fighters left who can't be penetrated through a yellow-green deck, the winning side will change the deck to a red-blue one and try to kill a strong fighter.
Coins dont matter much in group fights. They are functionally unlimited after the enemy starts using zig-zag, and that's going to happen because it's our only good option for reducing red.
Cleave isn't spammed either, kito is. Cleave isnt even used for opening, and neither is it a main attack by anybody.
There's two ways to play, there's solo and group.
Solo is low opening cleave, where you open a bit of red with kito, then cleave and clip for chip damage.
The group way is having people run opp knocks to setup for you, so you can insta ko/kill, usually aiming for 100% red or blue opening.
Also, here's a pro tip if you want changes, make a lot of alt accounts, then ask jorb to do something. He's like a mythical creature with many weaknesses, and one of his weaknesses, is that he see's alts as real players, so you can trick him into doing what you want. Don't worry though, he wont read this thread. This secret is safe.
With the likely sos nerfs that the big factions and their alt accounts have been begging jorb for, it's almost guaranteed that sos goes away based on Jorbs behaviour in the past, so my advice is to familiarize yourself with the playstyle in valhalla.
Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy
