They're usually manageable. The problem is that sometimes they just spawn an absolutely insane amount, and force you to run away. And if you get cornered, good luck.

Agreed. And agreed with other posts here with the mechanic itself not being a problem, just the ratios and weapon switch.

there can only be 1 winner and if the winner is decided by the amount of stats he grinded then i wont be playing this game for much longer since i wont be able to put much hours in to this game as they can, and thats fair to some people so ill respect that.

I mean at the root of any game is: the more you play = the more you win. Sometimes it's purely game-knowledge, sometimes it's resources/stats. In haven it's both, and no balance is really going to make anyone happy. Stats = the people playing this world are ahead the whole world, knowledge = the people that have been playing since forever are always ahead.

Strong people complaining about slimes means its working.
Easy mining makes quality jump faster.

Sure. But his point was that the right people are complaining... And mining soft spots = mine faster = more tiles broken per timespan = more slime ;)

You also have more better type of ore at level 5 which is what makes the place attractive and better.

black ore have the same chance to be found on L3 as on L5, and spiralling ppl don't care on base q of initial metal
