The spawn area is actually not that large, 10-15 mins in any direction gets you past it. I spent no more than 25-30 mins exploring and making this with only MS Paint this morning. Maybe someone will find it handy.

its larger than you think, thats map is only your start, and that lake is some 20 minutes to west from my spawn
