Regen HHP

So I know that their are some wounds that dont have the healing mechanics as stated by a Dev (I think)
Is it possible that every type of wound for the meantime use the same mechanic of regenerating 1HHP every 20 or so minutes if you have full energy? I know other wounds can heal your HHP slowly.

If thats already been discussed, sorry, sort of in a hurry and thought Id ask.
