Rework tar kilns

Idea № 1
Need to limit count of resources that can be put in tar kiln, draw craft menu for tar kiln, ex: common liquid bar like for tanning tubes or cauldrons.
main issue in current solution is, we can (or not? honestly, i did'nt try) put to tar kiln infinite amount of fuel... and wait for charcoal, and wait for charcoal again, and wait again... :lol: i have waiting already 2 real time days...

Just implement possibility to break production of coal and tar, i dunno how...

The time it takes for you to get coal depends on how much fuel you put in. You cannot access the coal until all fuel has been consumed. And yes, there is a limit to how much you can put in, but it is fairly high.
