I think having a board that was overwrite-able would be pretty useful. Villages could use them for daily updates/tasklists.

Many just use Skype or similar programs. That way we can communicate on phones during the day. You dont want to find out about a raid by blindly logging in.

I really like the idea of a noticeboard. I like Skype, TS, etc for chatting and organizing in real time, but it's nice to have an in-game something to reference to.
